Our last day in Greece, so far!

Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 473

Now we come to an end of this trip and we had to start on our way back to Norway.

And finally Astor cleaned up all the tools he has used the last two weeks, and I could clean up all the rest.

This is one of our two guest cabins and this is ready for our fosterdaughter Miriam who is joining us on the first part of the trip when we are coming back here in the end of June.

Now we could lock the “door” and we can look forward to come back here late in June.

Parga

We decided to have a stop in Parga for dinner on our way to the port of Igoumenitsa. The boat should go around 11 pm so we had the whole evening. We (I) wanted to see a little bit more of Parga than we did last time!

At the end of the beach, my favourite hotel. Actually I have never stayed there, but at my trip in 2003 we had breakfast here. It was so nice to sit almost on the beach eating breakfast. In 2003 this hotel was a cheap 2 stars hotel, but they renovated some years later and today this is 4 star boutique hotel. The name is Villa Rossa Area Resort. I don`t know anything about the rooms but the view is amazing!

After dinner the sun came and it became a bit warmer

We bought some fresh fruit before we went back to the car. Instead of taking the shortest road back, the highway, we decided to drive along the coastline. Not that much longer, but so much more to see!

We had to take a short photostop here. We can see a part of Mega Drafi Beach and I guess we have to check out this place when we are sailing in this area later this summer.

Sivota

Next stop was Sivota. What a beautiful place!!

The sunset over Corfu

After Sivota went through Plataria where we stayed the first night in Greece, before we arrived in Igoumenitsa. I am not sure how much I will tell you about the check in there… I will never go back!
